Gemma Smith MENTAL HEALTH POSTPARTUM Perinatal counsellor (Master of Social Work) Gemma is an accredited social worker, mother of two and podcast host with a passion for helping professional women authentically navigate motherhood. Entering motherhood from a professional background herself, Gemma noted huge gaps in perinatal mental health care - including a distinct lack of support and resources for working women who may not feel their experiences fit within a "typical" motherhood mold. Gemma now provides 1:1 perinatal counselling sessions so her clients can authentically work through any challenges that arise in the perinatal period - and get what they truly need from their motherhood journey. Gemma prides herself on her genuine care for her clients, down-to-earth professional approach and judgement-free counselling environment. |
